I recently contact Matt McCullough – Senior Project Manager for CCL about some issues we had regarding our public walkways around the Milton Sports Centre. Many of the walkways around the building have settled along various control joints and curbs, creating uneven surfaces for pedestrians using the walkways. This issue was an obvious concern for our risk and insurance people.

Matt answered my request for a site visit quickly and provided a comprehensive inspection of all areas of concern.  His knowledge on how to correct a concern was apparent, and suggestions he made to seal control joints along treatment areas proved to be valuable and provided me with the finished look I wanted to achieve.  The technician Bill and his helper did a terrific job under extreme heat conditions and it was clear Bill knew how to get the job done. It only took two days to finish the job and walkways were never completely restricted. I appreciated that the work was quick and clean and the crew restored use of the walkways immediately after they completed each area.
