This customer in Kinmount, Ontario, wanted to ensure that their quaint little country store was safe and secure. Committed to serving the community for many more years to come, they needed to ensure that the structure's health was in check for the upcoming winter season. Our PolyLevel® technology was used to safely bring the entire floor and building foundation back to level. Concrete pool decks are known to settle as the overflow of the water rinses out the loose soils under the concrete. That's exactly what had happened to our customer in Peterborough, Ontario. Their concrete pool deck had settled causing their waterfall to flow backwards and flood the nearby garden instead of into the pool. Bill, Team Leader and Installation Specialist Kenny, injected Polyurethane under the sunken concrete to fill voids and lift and stabilize the deck.   Due to the extreme added weight of the waterfall rocks, our team recommended installing an airbag mat-jack to support the waterfall rocks. The water now flows into the pool instead of flooding their nearby garden. The installation was quick, and our customer was delighted to have the waterfall working correctly again.

Dale B. started to notice some of the slabs on his concrete dock began to sink noticeably. These sunken slabs were an issue as they posed a tripping hazard, and it became increasingly unsafe and uncomfortable to sit on chairs on the dock.
