Back Patio Sloping in the Wrong Direction, Washago ON
Washago, ON, homeowners noticed that half of their back patio was slanting towards the home. Next, they found a crack right in the middle – one side was levelled, and the other seemed to be sinking toward the house. Not thinking anything of it, the following day, there was heavy rainfall. They saw the water sloping down the patio and pooling at the home's foundation. It was time to call professionals to handle this before it got worse and started leaking into the basement. Our Project Manager arrived at the home and explained how the concrete would be lifted with minimal disruption, with long-lasting results. These were all excellent benefits for homeowners – they said yes without hesitation. The work was completed above their expectations. They said they would even recommend our services to everyone they know! The homeowners could finally set up their patio without breaking the bank on a maintenance repair.
All Hands on Deck
In Ajax, Ontario, our clients had a wonderful back patio that they love using every summer. They often entertain and lounge on the deck. Unfortunately, it came to an end when the homeowners discovered an alarming crack in the middle of the joint, leading to the foundation of the elevated concrete patio. They are concerned the deck will collapse one day, so they stopped using the space.   Demolishing and re-pouring more concrete is very expensive, and our clients wanted to avoid spending crazy amounts on fixing their beloved patio. Instead, they found CCL online and knew it was the perfect fix for an affordable price. Our Project Manager Kyle O'Brien gave them a rundown as to what would be completed. The homeowners were set at ease when they knew the concrete could be lifted, supported, and sealed off from the elements permanently.    The first part of the job was to lift the patio slabs to the original height. We inject the sinking slab with our high-density polymer called PolyLevel®. This injection holds the concrete up permanently; say goodbye to mud jacking! The next section of the job was to seal the joint with our weatherproof, chemical-proof, and malleable sealer called NexusPro. This product fills the joints and provides a clean finish to make the concrete patio look at its best. The owners were thrilled with how fast the process took and how clean NexusPro® sealed the job. All hands on deck today!

Little Country Store
This customer in Kinmount, Ontario, wanted to ensure that their quaint little country store was safe and secure. Committed to serving the community for many more years to come, they needed to ensure that the structure's health was in check for the upcoming winter season. Our PolyLevel® technology was used to safely bring the entire floor and building foundation back to level. Penetrating and spreading underneath the concrete, not only does our polyurethane injection get the floor back to a level grade, but it also bonds the concrete in place, ensuring it is secure for many more years of harsh winter conditions.
Settle Pool Deck in Peterborough, ON
Concrete pool decks are known to settle as the overflow of the water rinses out the loose soils under the concrete. That's exactly what had happened to our customer in Peterborough, Ontario. Their concrete pool deck had settled causing their waterfall to flow backwards and flood the nearby garden instead of into the pool. They were in need of a permanent fix!   An appointment was set up with Project Manager for Canadian Concrete Leveling, Paul Mendell. Our customer addressed their concerns to Paul, and he provided a cost-efficient solution. Bill, Team Leader and Installation Specialist Kenny, injected Polyurethane under the sunken concrete to fill voids and lift and stabilize the deck.   Due to the extreme added weight of the waterfall rocks, our team recommended installing an airbag mat-jack to support the waterfall rocks. The water now flows into the pool instead of flooding their nearby garden. The installation was quick, and our customer was delighted to have the waterfall working correctly again.
Leveling out a Sinking Concrete Dock in Hastings, ON
Dale B. started to notice some of the slabs on his concrete dock began to sink noticeably. These sunken slabs were an issue as they posed a tripping hazard, and it became increasingly unsafe and uncomfortable to sit on chairs on the dock. Dale contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling looking for a means to solve this dangerous problem. To level the sunken slabs with the concrete dock, our patented PolyLevel® Injection System was implemented. PolyLevel® consists of high-density polyurethane which fills any voids under the concrete to reverse the sinking process. Once the injection process was complete, the dock became level once again. By eliminating the hazards that this Hastings, ON homeowner was facing due to his sunken concrete, Dale B. can enjoy his concrete dock once again. Canadian Concrete Leveling is pleased to assist in helping homeowners enjoy their property to the full extent worry-free.
Buckling Garage Walls?
Homeowners in Brighton, Ontario, were experiencing some significant shifts in their garage walls due to concrete settlement of the floors. The damage resulted in the buckling of the walls, causing them to bend. In time, the buckling of the walls can collapse if left unattended, which is extremely dangerous and would require an extensive fix. Canadian Concrete Leveling was contacted to help the homeowners with the concrete settlement in hopes of finding a solution that was the easiest and most effective route. Project Manager Joe McColl gave the homeowners a fantastic solution that would help prevent their structural damage from progressing using our PolyLevel® injectable polyurethane.
