I recommend Canadian Concrete Leveling. I had an excellent experience with them. Before I had an issue with my 35ft x 5 ft concrete walkway adjacent to my house in Elmvale, Ontario. A 6 inches thick concrete slab of the walkway started sinking and sloped towards the house causing ponding at the house wall after each rainfall and cased basement flooding. They lifted and levelled the walkway and repaired the cracks and joints. I'm very happy with the result. Lifting and levelling was the fastest and most cost-efficient method of repairing my walkways and I'm very glad I chose this company.

The entire team from the estimator to Kyle was an amazing experience. They lifted my garage and I am more than satisfied with the results. 2yrs later and still amazed by the results.

I have a 20 year old concrete driveway which was sinking and lead water down the sides of my home into the basement. Rather than replacing the driveway with asphalt paving it was more economical to re-level the concrete and caulk against the house to prevent water from seeping into the basement. I found the two companies in Ontario who were known for doing this type of work. I accepted the quote from Canadian Concrete Leveling(CCL) even though it was higher, because it included the caulking. I could have chosen the competitor's cheaper quote and do the caulking myself but the CCL warranty was stronger since they included the caulking in their work. I am impressed with the level of professionalism and responsiveness shown by this company from the very beginning when the project manager Paul Mendell quoted the job to the installers Bill and Liam accomplishing the lift. Because of the weather I am waiting on a dry period for the caulker, Cameron to do his portion of the job. I have no doubt that he will indeed do a fantastic job as has the rest of the team. I know that CCL and its employees are proud in doing a good job. This is what we have forgotten to expect and encourage from the people we hire to work for us, and so this is my small part in saying thank you.

The two gentlemen were awesome, Bill was very knowledgable. His 20 years of experience and his professional opinion of your product was fitting for the issue I was having, which was comforting. The process was seamless and pretty quick to apply and cure. Bill's assistant was equally as good ensuring the end product and cleanup were up to his standards.    

They were on time, polite and were very professional. cleaned up all debris from where they were working including a quick sweep of the area.

Kyle and his team were amazing. My living room had been converted from a garage many years ago. I had noticed the concrete slab sinking and called Canadian Concrete Leveling to get their opinion. When I did the demo I discovered a spiderweb of cracks and at some points the floor had sunk 5 1/2 inches. Kyle brought everything up level with the framework, 5 hours, no mess and a very reasonable price. The floor is 100% stable and I can get on with my renovations immediately. Thanks guys.
