PolyLevel® lifts are our forte! Before, this was a major trip hazard. One of our incredible Installation Foremans, Bill McKeown, used PolyLevel® to lift the concrete, now our clients can feel safe!
No one wants a sinking walkway. It doesn't look good, and they open up the risk of someone tripping.
A customer in Toronto, Ontario, called Canadian Concrete Leveling to deal with her sinking front walkway. The section of concrete from her front door to her driveway had settled several inches, and she was tired of living with it.
Project Manager Joe McColl inspected the concrete and showed the customer how we could repair the slabs with our PolyLevel® solution. She was happy to see how non-invasive it would be, and a date was booked for the repair.
Foreman Bill McKeown used dime-sized holes to inject our high-density polyurethane beneath the concrete. Once injected, PolyLevel® expands to lift the slab and compress any loose fill soils below. To finish the repair, Bill patched the holes with fresh concrete.
The customer is thrilled with the work done by CCL. She's happy knowing her home is safe, and she saved thousands of dollars, not removing the concrete.
The front of your home leaves a lasting impression in the minds of visitors. It’s the first thing people see when they come to visit, and it’s also the first thing possible buyers see during a showing.
A customer in Toronto, Ontario, was having trouble with their front walkway. Poor soil had caused the slabs to sink and shift, creating a tripping hazard and causing an unsightly scene. They were concerned water may even make its way into the house, so they reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling.
Project Manager Joe McColl met with the customers and inspected their walkway. He introduced them to our PolyLevel® system, and a date was set for the repair.
Foreman Kyle McKeown worked hard installing our high-density polyurethane in a number of spots to lift and level the slabs. He also ensured that the walkway drained away from the home’s foundation, preventing water from possibly entering the house.
The customer is happy that his walkway is leveled, and his tripping hazard is gone. His home has a welcoming front entrance once again, and the risk of water seepage has been eliminated.
As we grow older, things we used to not worry about start to become possible safety hazards.
In Kleinburg, Ontario, a customer reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling to deal with his sinking front steps. His elderly parents were starting to struggle walking up the incline, and he was concerned it was only a matter of time before someone fell.
Project Manager Paul Mendell met with the homeowner and addressed his concerns. Paul explained how our PolyLevel® System uses high-density polyurethane to lift sinking concrete while stabilizing the soils below.
Foreman Kyle McKeown drilled dime-sized holes in the concrete surface to use as injection ports for the polyurethane. As the polymers mix, they expand, lifting the step back to a safe height.
The customers can’t believe how fast the repair was. Our crew was finished in half a day’s work, and the homeowner is looking forward to having his parents over again.
As we get older, we have to take extra care to make sure our home is safe.
A customer in Woodbridge, Ontario, gave us a call after growing concerned with his concrete patio. He is an older gentleman, and a considerable tripping hazard had formed near his back steps. This was a dangerous tripping hazard year-round but was worse in the winter when water would pool and freeze.
Project Manager Joe McColl inspected the home, and a date was set for the repair. Foreman Kyle McKeown injected our PolyLevel® solution beneath the slab to lift the concrete back to an even grade, removing the tripping hazard.
The homeowner is thrilled with the work done. He thanks the entire CCL team and looks forward to using his back patio safely.
